Ingredients

  • 🍴100 gm grated zucchini
  • 🍴1 chopped shallots (small onions)
  • 🍴2 green chilli
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 🍴1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 🍴4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 🍴1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 🍴1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴3 teaspoon virgin olive oil
  • 🍴1 dash smoked sweet paprika
  • 🍴50 gm boiled corn
  • 🍴2 cloves garlic
  • 🍴1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🍴1 tablespoon polenta
  • 🍴1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 🍴1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 🍴1 dash smoked sweet paprika
  • 🍴2 tablespoon milk
  • 🍴1 red bell pepper
  • 🍴ground black pepper as required
  • 🍴2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 🍴2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • 🍴Saute the veggies for making the batter

To start with the process, put a pan over medium flame and cook together onions, garlic, corn kernels and green chilies. Continue for around 2 minutes.

  • 🍴Make a stiff dough

In a food processor, add the above mixture while adding polenta, cumin powder, all purpose flour, gram flour, baking powder, baking soda, paprika blitz and little milk. Make a stiff dough out of all these ingredients.
