  • 🍴1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 🍴1 teaspoon virgin olive oil

For Garnishing

  • 🍴1 cup grated cheese- goat cheese
  • 🍴3 tablespoon chopped black olives

  • 🍴1 cup Pizza sauce

For Toppings

  • 🍴2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 🍴1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 🍴1/2 cup sliced capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 🍴2 medium finely chopped tomato
  • 🍴1 deflowered broccoli
  • 🍴1/2 cup chopped carrot

Instructions

  • 🍴To make the sauce mixture, mix pizza sauce, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, minced garlic, and turmeric powder together. Add lemon juice in the same.
  • 🍴Heat a pan with oil in it over moderate flame. Saute cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and onions in the pan.
  • 🍴Now spread the sauce mixture on the pizza base and keep aside some sauce mixture for the topping.
  • 🍴Top up the pizza base with vegetables and tomatoes and drizzle the remaining sauce over the toppings.
