Ingredients

  • 🍴1 cup soaked rice
  • 🍴6 tablespoon soaked chana dal
  • 🍴6 tablespoon soaked urad dal
  • 🍴2 green chili
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴6 leaves spinach
  • 🍴1/4 cup carrot
  • 🍴1/4 cup frozen sweet corn
  • 🍴6 tablespoon soaked moong dal
  • 🍴6 tablespoon soaked toor daal
  • 🍴6 tablespoon soaked masoor dal
  • 🍴1 teaspoon ginger
  • 🍴8 curry leaves
  • 🍴1 pinch asafoetida
  • 🍴1/4 cup green beans

Instructions

  • 🍴To make this easy recipe, take the soaked rice, urad dal, moong dal, chana dal, masoor dal and toor dal. Drain the excess water from all of them and add them to the grinder. Grind well to make a smooth paste by adding a little water, if required. The batter should be of thick consistency.
  • 🍴Chop all the veggies on a chopping board and keep them together in a medium bowl. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Spread the oil all over the pan to make sure that every part of it is well-greased.
  • 🍴Now, take out the rice and dal paste in a large mixing bowl, add salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and ginger in it. Mix well and your batter is ready.
  • 🍴Take a big spoon and spread the batter on the pan like a dosa and after 2 minutes, put the chopped veggies on top of it and pour some oil. Cook well for 2-3 minutes and then, turn it around and cook again for 2 minutes. Take out on a plate and serve hot with coconut or tamarind chutney!
