  • 🍴2 cup zucchini
  • 🍴5 cup veg stock
  • 🍴1/2 cup onion
  • 🍴2 handful spinach
  • 🍴1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 🍴2 cup turnip
  • 🍴1/2 cup water
  • 🍴2 tablespoon garlic
  • 🍴1 tablespoon ginger
  • 🍴salt as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Chop the veggies

Place a pan over medium flame and add water to it. Add finely chopped onion along with crushed garlic to it and let it cook for a while. Keep stirring them till you can smell the aroma of garlic. Next, add the chopped spinach leaves, turnip, and zucchini. Cook until they become tender. Once done, pour in the veg stock.
