Ingredients

  • 🍴200 gm rice
  • 🍴100 gm sugar
  • 🍴60 ml condensed milk
  • 🍴100 gm carrot
  • 🍴20 ml kiwi syrup
  • 🍴300 ml full cream milk
  • 🍴5 gm green cardamom
  • 🍴80 gm ghee
  • 🍴100 gm kiwi

Instructions

  • 🍴Soak rice

Soak the rice in cold water for 45 minutes.

  • 🍴Boil milk and and add soaked rice, then cook

In a thick bottom pan, boil the milk. Add soaked rice. Keep simmering till the rice gets cooked. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Keep it cooling for some time.

  • 🍴Divide the rice and mix with carrot and kiwi

Divide the cooked rice into three parts. Then add 20ml sweetened condensed milk in each part. In one part, add the grated boiled carrot. In the second part, add chopped Kiwi and kiwi syrup. Mix well.

  • 🍴Make layers of the divided rice

In a pudding mold, apply ghee on the sides. Pour Kiwi flavored rice to make a layer. Make the next layer with a regular rice batch. And lastly make a layer of carrot flavored rice on the top.

  • 🍴Cook in oven

Place the mould in an oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Cool it for 30 minutes and serve it cold. Suggested garnish with dry fruits or seasonal strawberries.
