Ingredients

  • 🍴1 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
  • 🍴2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 🍴2 large carrot
  • 🍴1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 🍴1/2 cup cabbage
  • 🍴2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 🍴2 large potato
  • 🍴4 cup wheat flour
  • 🍴5 green chilli
  • 🍴1/2 tablespoon ghee
  • 🍴1 cup coriander leaves
  • 🍴1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 🍴1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 🍴salt as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Boil the frozen sweet corns

To prepare this paratha recipe, heat water in a pot over medium flame. To the water add sweet corn and bring the mix to boil. Once the corn turns soft remove from flame, and drain the water.

Now, heat a pan over medium flame and add the drained corn in it. Dry roast the corn for 3-5 minutes till it appears crisp. Remove from heat and transfer in a bowl. Once the corn cools down, add in grated carrots, garam masala, chopped green chillies, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves, shredded cabbage, sesame seeds, carom seeds (ajwain) and mashed boiled potatoes. Prepare a thorough mix and combine all the ingredients. Keep the mixture aside until needed next.

  • 🍴Stuff the mixture in the dough

Next, mix the wheat flour with salt and water and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out small circles out of each portion. Take one portion and keep the prepared filling in the centre. Seal the potion on all ends. Repeat the same with all portions and entire stuffing mixture.

  • 🍴Roast the parathas and serve hot

Roll out the dough once again and place on a tava kept over medium flame. Flip and roast on both sides evenly. Use little ghee if required. Repeat with other portions as well. Sweet Corn Parathas are ready to be served.
