- 🍴30 toasted pastry shells
- 🍴1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 🍴2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 🍴1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
- 🍴1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 🍴1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- 🍴Prepare the mixture
Take a mixing bowl, put the cream cheese and Greek Yogurt, and beat them until the mixture becomes smooth. Now, add the prepared pesto and beat until evenly combined with the mixture.
- 🍴Fill the pastry cups
At low speed, add 2/3 of the sun-dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese and beat just until blended. Carefully, Pipe or dollop the pesto filling into each pastry Cups, then transfer them to a serving plate.
