Ingredients
- 🍴2 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 🍴1/2 cup fresh cream
- 🍴5 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 🍴400 gm condensed milk
- 🍴1 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare the delicious fusion dessert, first, take a heavy-bottomed pan and place it on low flame. Pour the milk in it and let it boil. Allow the milk to simmer so that it becomes half of its quantity. Add some sweetened condensed milk and mix it well with the milk. Then, add fresh cream and mix completely. Once the milk mixture is thickened, remove it from the burner and keep it aside to cool completely.
- 🍴When the milk mixture is cooled, add cardamom powder along with strawberry puree in it, and mix well using a spoon, Next, add powdered sugar and mix well. When your kulfi mixture is ready, take kulfi moulds and insert a popsicle stick in each of them. Finally, pour this kulfi mixture into the moulds and cover with a lid. Place these moulds in the refrigerator to set the kulfi for about 4-6 hours.
- 🍴When the kulfis are set, remove them from the moulds and serve immediately. You can garnish the kulfi as you like!
