Ingredients

  • 🍴4 tablespoon butter

  • 🍴2 tablespoon water
  • 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 🍴1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 🍴4 drops vanilla essence
  • 🍴2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 🍴1/4 cup sugar

For The Main Dish

  • 🍴7 scoops biscuit crumbs

Instructions

  • 🍴Prepare the crust

The first step in making the cheesecake is the crust. Take a bowl, add biscuit crumbs, butter, and brown sugar in it. Mix the ingredients well. Now, take an 8-inch pan and layer this mixture evenly onto the bottom and sides of the pan. Let it rest for half an hour and then bake for 5 minutes, till it becomes crusty.

  • 🍴Prepare the topping

To make the topping, take half of the strawberries in a pan over a low flame with 1/4 cup sugar and water. Cook till the strawberries are quite soft.

  • 🍴Puree the strawberries

Remove from flame and blend it to make a puree and put it over the slow flame again. Meanwhile, prepare the gelatin. Add water to the gelatin sheet (use an unflavored sheet) and let it rest for a few minutes. Later, add gelatin to the strawberry puree until dissolved. Remove it from flame when done.

Take a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium-low speed with the paddle attachment. Beat the mixture until it becomes smooth. Now add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raspberry topping. Keep 3/4 cup of the topping reserved for the top layer.
