Ingredients
- 🍴500 gm unsweetened cocoa powder
- 🍴2 leaves curry leaves
- 🍴250 gm washed & dried spinach
- 🍴2 large green chili
For Garnishing
- 🍴1 pinch Red chili powder
Instructions
- 🍴Blend the green chilly with the curry leaves with a little water in a small blender to make a chutney-like consistency. Keep aside.
- 🍴Boil water in a big bowl, place the spinach leaves (only the leaves, not the stalks/stems) in a wire mesh colander, and dip into the boiling water for one minute. This will blanch the leaves and turn them into an attractive rich green color.
- 🍴When the steam fumes start to give the typical 'palak' aroma, remove the leaves. Put them on a cutting board and chop them into a pulp.
- 🍴Add the palak and chutney to the dahi and mix evenly. Sprinkle with a little red chili powder for garnish. You can add boondi if you like.
