Ingredients

  • 🍴1 cup whipped cream
  • 🍴1 cup powdered almonds
  • 🍴4 teaspoon orange squash
  • 🍴1 cup yogurt (curd)
  • 🍴1 cup melted butter
  • 🍴1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🍴1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 🍴1 cup orange juice
  • 🍴2 cup powdered sugar
  • 🍴2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 🍴powdered icing sugar as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Mix the dry ingredients

Take a deep bowl and sift the plain flour in it using the sifter. Once done, sift the baking powder in the same bowl and add powdered almonds and powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.

  • 🍴Combine the fluid mixture and make a batter

Add butter, orange juice, orange squash, whipped cream, and curd in the bowl. Mix it well. Once done, add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix again. The batter is ready.

Now, preheat the oven at 200°c for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, pour the batter into a cake tin. Even out the batter and bake it in the preheated oven at 180°c for 45 minutes.
