Ingredients

  • 🍴4 cup rice
  • 🍴3 onion
  • 🍴1 carrot
  • 🍴3 green chillies
  • 🍴refined oil as required
  • 🍴4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 🍴6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 🍴3 tablespoon schezwan sauce
  • 🍴1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 🍴100 gm paneer
  • 🍴2 capsicum (green pepper)
  • 🍴8 cloves garlic
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 🍴1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 🍴1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 🍴2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 🍴black pepper as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Cook rice

Wash rice 2-3 times properly and let it cook till it's almost cooked. Take it off the stove and rinse it under cold tap water immediately. Strain the rice & add a little bit of olive oil and mix well.

  • 🍴Prepare schezwan rice

Take chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and add them to the oil. Add one medium-sized chopped onion in the oil and saute till it becomes pink. Add one small-sized carrot and medium-sized capsicum (chopped) in the oil and stir for 2 mins.

  • 🍴Add rice and mix well

Add soya sauce, 5-6 tbsp chilli sauce, 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well. Add the rice to this mix & add the schezwan rice masala to the rice and mix well. Add salt to taste and a tsp of red chilli powder. Stir well & serve hot.

  • 🍴Make the batter for paneer

Cut cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer according to your choice of size. Chop ginger, garlic and green chillies finely. Take paneer in a bowl and add two spoons of flour, a tsp salt, a tsp pepper, a tsp soya sauce, a tsp red chilli powder. Add some water and mix it well with paneer to form a thick batter.

  • 🍴Saute the veggies

Coat paneer cubes in the batter and fry it in hot oil. Take a flat pan, add oil and saute ginger, garlic and green chillies for a min. Add onion and capsicum in it with a tsp soya sauce and saute well on high flame. Add four tbsp chilli sauce, two tbsp tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well with the vegetables and add four cups of water.

  • 🍴Make the final touches to the gravy and serve

Let the water boil meanwhile add a tbsp Cornflour powder in a small cup with one tbsp water and make a thick mixture. Add the mixture to the gravy and simmer it at low flame for 3-5 mins. Add fried paneer cubes and serve hot with rice.
