Ingredients

  • 🍴150 cup sugar
  • 🍴1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 🍴4 cup pumpkin
  • 🍴150 ml fresh cream

  • 🍴Cut the pumpkin properly

To make this delicious Pumpkin Dessert, take the pumpkin and cut it. Take out the seeds as well as the strings and clean the pumpkin completely. Peel the skin of the pumpkin and cut it into big chunky pieces. Then from these chunks cut out small cubes.

  • 🍴Cook the pumpkin

Now it is time to boil them. For it takes a pot of a deep pan and put the pumpkin pieces in it. Pour one cup of water and let it cook with the pan/pot covered with a lid. Cook for around 20 mins.

  • 🍴Add sugar and cook again

Now take out the pumpkin pieces from the water and mash them nicely. Then put them in a pan and start cooking until all the moisture has evaporated. Put sugar and cook again till the time all the water has dried out.
