- π΄2 cup water
- π΄2 1/2 gm self-raising flour

- π΄To prepare this delicious American recipe, wash the potatoes well and then peel them. Cut these peeled potatoes into thin round slices. Then, put a saucepan on medium flame and heat oil in it.
- π΄In a large bowl, add the self-raising flour, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and then make a well in the centre. Add water in it and mix well to a semi-thick batter. Afterwards, whisk well until the batter is smooth and no lumps are remaining.
- π΄By now, the oil will be hot enough to fry the potatoes. Drop the potato slices in the batter and coat with the flour batter. Donβt forget to remove the extra batter from the slice. Carefully place the dipped potato slices in the hot oil and deep fry them until golden brown in colour.
