- 🍴1/2 deseeded, finely chopped tomato

Instructions
- 🍴To make this easy salad recipe, heat butter in a saucepan. When the butter is melt, add garlic to it and stir for a minute.
- 🍴Then add roasted peanuts and stir for another 5 minutes till it turns golden. Now, add spring onions to the peanuts and stir for another 2 minutes. Keep this onion-peanuts mixture aside till serving time.
- 🍴Take a large bowl and mix together the chopped grapes, capsicum along tomato.
