- 🍴1 cup rice
- 🍴1 1/2 liter full cream milk
- 🍴3/4 gm spice cardamom
- 🍴11 sliced pistachios
- 🍴3 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴2/3 cup sugar
- 🍴11 chopped cashews
- 🍴11 sliced almonds
Instructions
- 🍴Wash the rice and add ghee to it
To prepare this yummy dessert recipe, rinse rice and soak it in 2 1/2 cups of water for 20 minutes and drain. Add ghee to the rice and keep it aside.
- 🍴Boil the milk
Take a saucepan and pour milk into it and keep stirring. Then, turn the gas flame to medium-high and keep stirring. Once the milk starts reducing, turn the flame to low and add in the ghee mixed rice and simmer the milk and rice until it is reduced to almost half.
- 🍴Add in sugar and aromatic spices and serve!
