Ingredients
- 🍴3 cauliflower
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴500 gm tomato
- 🍴5 green cardamom
- 🍴2 bay leaf
- 🍴7 red chili
- 🍴1 1/2 cup coconut juice
- 🍴black pepper as required
- 🍴4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 🍴5 pieces celery
- 🍴2 piece cinnamon
- 🍴2 cloves garlic
- 🍴500 gm onion
Instructions
- 🍴Wash cauliflower under running water and pat dry them using kitchen towels. Now, place the cauliflowers over a chopping board and chop them into medium-sized slices. Keep them aside. Place celery, tomatoes, and onions onto the board and chop all of them. Keep them in a large separate bowl.
- 🍴Crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle and keep them aside. In the same mortar crush the green cardamoms into a coarse powder using a pestle. Now, place a saucepan over medium flame and pour oil into it. Once the oil is hot enough, add chopped onions to it and fry till they turn golden brown in color.
- 🍴Add crushed garlic cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, powdered green cardamoms, and red chilies to the same pan and stir the mixture well. Then add cauliflower florets along with chopped tomatoes and celery. Turn the flame to low and add a little water to it. Stir well once.
- 🍴Cover the pan using a lid and let it simmer over low flame for 5-7 minutes. Remove the lid after some time and season it with salt, black pepper powder, and coconut juice. Again cover the pan with a lid and cook until the whole mixture becomes dry. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve warm.
