Instructions
- 🍴To start with, preheat the oven at 175 degrees C. Take a chopping board and slice tomatoes into two parts . On a baking sheet, place the tomato slices and make a single layer with them.
- 🍴Take a bowl and combine together mayonnaise, parmesan, dijon mustard, black mustard. Mix well by adding oregano, and salt and pepper. On these tomato slices, spoon the mixture properly.
- 🍴Drizzle mozzarella and bake the tomatoes till they become golden brown which will take around 10-15 minutes. Remove from the sheet and serve hot by garnishing with coriander leaves.
