Ingredients
- π΄500 gm cubed paneer
- π΄1 teaspoon powdered chaat masala powder
- π΄6 cup black gram flour ( sattu)
- π΄1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- π΄1 pinch baking soda
- π΄1 cup pureed mint
- π΄5 large chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
- π΄2 cup sunflower oil
- π΄2 cup brown rice flour
- π΄1 teaspoon red chili powder
- π΄5 pinches salt
Instructions
- π΄For making this easy snack recipe, wash and add the paneer cubes to a large bowl.
- π΄Add the mint chutney and mix well until evenly coated. Combine all the batter ingredients and pour enough water.
- π΄Mix well to a thick batter.
- π΄Then heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Stick one paneer cube and one capsicum in a toothpick. Dip this in the batter.
- π΄Add to the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Remove the toothpick and discard. Transfer the bajjis to a plate.
