Ingredients

  • 🍴500 gm cubed paneer
  • 🍴1 teaspoon powdered chaat masala powder
  • 🍴6 cup black gram flour ( sattu)
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 🍴1 pinch baking soda
  • 🍴1 cup pureed mint
  • 🍴5 large chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 🍴2 cup sunflower oil
  • 🍴2 cup brown rice flour
  • 🍴1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 🍴5 pinches salt

Instructions

  • 🍴For making this easy snack recipe, wash and add the paneer cubes to a large bowl.
  • 🍴Add the mint chutney and mix well until evenly coated. Combine all the batter ingredients and pour enough water.
  • 🍴Mix well to a thick batter.
  • 🍴Then heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Stick one paneer cube and one capsicum in a toothpick. Dip this in the batter.
  • 🍴Add to the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Remove the toothpick and discard. Transfer the bajjis to a plate.
