Ingredients

  • 🍴3 cup basil
  • 🍴2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts

  • 🍴200 gm parboiled pasta penne
  • 🍴1 handful lettuce loose-leaf
  • 🍴1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 🍴3 tablespoon orange juice
  • 🍴1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 🍴3 pinches salt
  • 🍴1 piece Orange peel
  • 🍴1 tablespoon melon seeds

Instructions

  • 🍴Combine all orange pesto ingredients including fresh basil, parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts, orange juice, olive oil, fresh lemon juice and garlic in a processor. Blend until they become a coarse paste, scraping downsides of the bowl occasionally. Season the pesto with salt.
