Ingredients

  • 🍴2 cup Wheat flour
  • 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 🍴2 sliced green chilli
  • 🍴1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 🍴1/2 cup Refined oil
  • 🍴2 finely chopped onion
  • 🍴1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 🍴1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 🍴2 pinches salt

Instructions

  • 🍴Knead a dough

Mix wheat flour with turmeric, chili powder, green chilies, chopped onions, coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt and knead well. Divide it into round balls and roll it out gently.

  • 🍴 Roll out paranthas and cook

Heat tawa put the paratha on it and roast well on both sides on medium flame. Apply one tsp of oil on both sides while cooking it.

  • 🍴 Serve

Once done, serve the parantha with curd, pickle or chutney, along with a dollop of butter on top.
