Instructions

  • 🍴Finely chop the onions and keep them aside. Finely chop the green chillies and coriander leaves. To make this delicious recipe, take a bowl and add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and salt to it. Mix it well. Now the stuffing is ready!
  • 🍴Meanwhile, take a large bowl and add 500 grams maida, butter and baking powder to it. Mix well till the butter and soda is assimilated in the maida. Use water to knead it well and form a dough. Divide the dough into small balls and place the stuffing into it.
  • 🍴Cover these balls with a damp cloth and leave them for a few minutes. After that, take off the cover and flatten these balls with your palms. You can use a rolling pin to make a kulcha.
  • 🍴Finally, place these kulchas in a hot tandoor. Once the kulchas are cooked, take them off the tandoor and serve warm. If you do not have a tandoor, you can make them in the girdle also. Heat the girdle, put the kulcha, cover it for 30 seconds and then flip and cover again for 30 seconds. Your kulcha is ready.
