Ingredients
- 🍴1 cup mutton
- 🍴1 1/2 inch ginger
- 🍴100 gm onion
- 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 🍴2 cinnamon
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 🍴2 pinches salt
- 🍴2 egg
- 🍴12 cloves garlic
- 🍴1 green chili
- 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered cumin seeds
- 🍴1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 🍴2 clove
- 🍴1 handful coriander leaves
- 🍴250 ml refined oil
Instructions
- 🍴To make your very own Mutton Egg Chops, Take the mutton and put it in a pressure cooker along with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Pressure cook it and let it sit for a while.
- 🍴In a pan, roast some cumin seeds, cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of fennel seeds and cloves. Then put these in a grinder and grind into a powder. Next, add ginger, garlic, onions, and green chilies to the powder. Grind into a paste.
- 🍴In a pan add 2 teaspoon of oil and heat it. Add the onion-garlic paste and saute for about 2 mins. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, peppercorns and cumin seeds. Cook for another 30 seconds.
- 🍴Add the mutton and cook for around 5 mins more. Take a bowl, add eggs and salt to it. Beat nicely.
- 🍴Take the mutton pieces and dip them in the eggs. Take a pan ad heat oil in it. Add the nicely coated mutton pieces in the pan and fry. Remove when the mutton pieces are nicely cooked. Add coriander leaves on top and Serve.
