  • 🍴2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🍴2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 🍴1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 🍴150 gm mushroom
  • 🍴1 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 🍴2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 🍴1/4 cup milk
  • 🍴4 tablespoon ghee

For Garnishing

  • 🍴1 sprig of coriander leaves

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this main dish recipe, on a chopping board, cut the paneer into cubes, slice the mushrooms and chop the onions finely. Now, place a pan over medium flame and heat ghee in it. When the ghee is hot enough, add garlic paste and ginger paste in it. Saute these until aromatic. Now, add the cumin seeds to it. Mix it well.
  • 🍴Now, add finely chopped onions to the pan and saute these until they are golden-brown in color. Add the mushrooms and paneer in it. Fry these until they are tender. Pour the tomato puree in it and mix it well. Stir it well to evenly coat all the ingredients. Sprinkle red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix it well. Make sure the ingredients are evenly coated with the spices.
  • 🍴Pour in the milk and cream to the paneer-mushroom mix. Give it a stir and cover it for some time to cook. Let the oil separate in the pan. Now, remove the cover and add butter in it. Mix it well until it melts. Once the gravy thickens, take it off the flame and transfer it in a bowl. Garnish it with a sprig of coriander leaf and serve it hot with rice or parathas to enjoy!
