Ingredients

  • 🍴100 gm button mushroom
  • 🍴40 gm oyster mushroom
  • 🍴1 onion
  • 🍴4 cloves garlic
  • 🍴90 ml fresh cream
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 🍴1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 🍴60 gm shittake mushrooms
  • 🍴60 gm boiled corn
  • 🍴1 sprig celery
  • 🍴25 gm butter
  • 🍴1 cup vegetable broth
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴60 ml white wine

Instructions

  • 🍴Cut mushrooms into thick slices. Take a pan, keep it on medium flame and heat oil in it.
  • 🍴Add chopped garlic, onions and mushrooms to the pan and stir for 2 min. Then add corns and cook for 5 minutes. Combine white wine in the mixture along with the vegetable stock.
