Ingredients
- 🍴2 cup grated carrot
- 🍴2 cup milk
- 🍴1 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴1 tablespoon sliced & slit almonds
- 🍴1/2 cup sugar
- 🍴4 tablespoon grated khoya
- 🍴1 tablespoon raisins
- 🍴2 dash green cardamom
Instructions
- 🍴Melt ghee in a microwave-safe bowl at 100% power for 30 secs and add the grated carrots. Microwave at 100% power for about 5 minutes.
- 🍴Then add milk, sugar and dried whole milk in the same bowl and microwave at 100% power for 10 minutes. Stir in between. And then microwave for 10 minutes at 60% power.
