Ingredients

  • 🍴1 cup wheat flour
  • 🍴2 cup paneer
  • 🍴2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 🍴1 cup refined flour
  • 🍴2 cup shelled, mashed peas
  • 🍴3 green chilies
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴1/4 cup refined oil

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this delicious paratha, combine together the wheat flour, refined flour, salt and a little oil. Add water as required and knead them together into a dough.
  • 🍴Crumble the paneer and add it to a large bowl with peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  • 🍴Now, take a small portion of the dough and make medium balls out of it. Dust the surface using a little flour and roll the ball into a disc shape. Then, put a tablespoon of the matar paneer mixture in it and fold it well and then roll it again.
  • 🍴Heat a Tawa over medium flame. Once the Tawa is hot enough, place the paratha on it and cook from both sides by applying ghee. Transfer to a plate and then serve.
