Ingredients
- 🍴1 cup wheat flour
- 🍴2 cup paneer
- 🍴2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 🍴1 cup refined flour
- 🍴2 cup shelled, mashed peas
- 🍴3 green chilies
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴1/4 cup refined oil
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare this delicious paratha, combine together the wheat flour, refined flour, salt and a little oil. Add water as required and knead them together into a dough.
- 🍴Crumble the paneer and add it to a large bowl with peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
- 🍴Now, take a small portion of the dough and make medium balls out of it. Dust the surface using a little flour and roll the ball into a disc shape. Then, put a tablespoon of the matar paneer mixture in it and fold it well and then roll it again.
- 🍴Heat a Tawa over medium flame. Once the Tawa is hot enough, place the paratha on it and cook from both sides by applying ghee. Transfer to a plate and then serve.
