Ingredients
- π΄2 cup mango puree
- π΄60 gm pistachios

- π΄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- π΄8 teaspoon sugar
- π΄8 teaspoon agar agar
- π΄2 cup full cream milk
- π΄1 cup heavy cream
- π΄2 pinches kosher salt
- π΄1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- π΄To begin with this recipe, we will first prepare the panna cotta layer. Take a pan over medium flame and add water to it and bring it to boil. Now, add the agar agar powder first and wait for it to dissolve. Then, add milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and cream to the pan and keep stirring it. Once the mix appears to thicken, turn off the flame and allow the mix to cool down.
- π΄Next, grease a glass or a cup with cooking spray. When the cup is greased well, place chopped pistachios on the base. Then, pour the prepared panna cotta layer into the mold (fill 3/4th of the cup) and freeze it for 4-5 hours.
- π΄While the first layer freezes, prepare the mango layer. Take another pan over medium flame, add water, kosher salt, and agar powder to it and bring it to a boil. Then, add sugar and mango puree to the pan and keep stirring the mixture continuously. Once the mix in the pan appears to thicken, turn off the flame.
- π΄After 4-5 hours, take out the cup with the Panna Cotta Layer from the freezer. First, sprinkle more chopped pistachios on top of the layer, then, pour the prepared mango layer from the second pan to the cup. Now, fill it up completely and freeze the set again for 3-4 hours. Once frozen, take the dish out of the freezer. Top it with fresh mangoes if you like and serve it chilled.
