Instructions

To prepare this delicious recipe, take a large bowl and add water, whole wheat flour, and curd to it. Whisk it well and leave it to ferment overnight.
- π΄Heat ghee in a pan
When the mix has fermented, add mango pulp and honey to the bowl and mix it well. Then, take a pan on medium flame and heat ghee to cook the malpuas. When the ghee is hot enough, pour the batter on the pan using a ladle and spread it out in a circular shape. Drizzle some ghee on the edges to prevent it from sticking. When small bubbles start appearing on the batter, flip it over and fry it from both sides.
