Ingredients

  • 🍴5 cup milk
  • 🍴5 strand saffron
  • 🍴2 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 🍴3 tablespoon sugar
  • 🍴3/4 cup fresh cream

Instructions

  • 🍴Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Lower heat and let it simmer.
  • 🍴Add sugar and cook till the milk is reduced to a third and is thick and creamy. Add mango pulp and saffron. Cook further for 2 minutes
  • 🍴Cool to room temperature and mix in the cream. Spoon the mixture into 6 to 8 moulds.
  • 🍴Cover tightly with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • 🍴Shake the mould thrice during the first hour of freezing. Remove from refrigerator.
  • 🍴Dip the bottom of the moulds in hot water and invert onto serving dishes. Serve immediately.
