- 🍴1 1/3 cup marshmallow creme
- 🍴2 teaspoon lemon essence
- 🍴550 gm melted white chocolate
- 🍴1 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 🍴10 tablespoon butter
- 🍴2 1/2 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- 🍴Grease a baking pan
To begin with, take a 9 inches square pan and cover it with foil. Further, grease it with 2 1/2 tsp of butter and keep it aside.
- 🍴 Mix butter and condensed milk
Next, place a large saucepan on medium-low flame. Once heated, put 6 tbsp of butter and melt it. Then add melted white chocolate along with condensed milk and stir well.
- 🍴 Add marshmallow cream and lime essence
Then add marshmallow creme, lemon essence and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until you get the desired rich and smooth consistency. Once done, pour the mixture into the prepared foiled pan and keep it aside till it is firm.
