Instructions

  • 🍴To make this yummy ice cream recipe, heat coconut milk until it starts simmering.
  • 🍴When it's done, place it aside and whisk in the sugar until it dissolves completely.
  • 🍴Then, add the lime leaves, lemongrass, and chillies in it and keep aside for around 10 minutes.
  • 🍴Remove the lime leaves and lemongrass, and whisk in the heavy cream along with vanilla custard.
