- 🍴4 tablespoon soy sauce

- 🍴3/4 cup corn starch
- 🍴water as required
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 🍴2 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- 🍴Marinate the chicken
Take a big bowl and add boneless chicken thighs in it, Add onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well to coat the chicken properly. Let it rest for a few hours.
- 🍴Prepare a batter
In a bowl add cornstarch, flour, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper salt together. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add water as per need and make a smooth batter. Add chicken pieces to the batter and coat them well.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the coated chicken until golden brown. Once fried, take them out on an absorbent paper.
