Ingredients

  • 🍴2-liter milk
  • 🍴100 gm powdered rice
  • 🍴5 ml kewra
  • 🍴250 gm kiwi
  • 🍴100 ml condensed milk
  • 🍴10 gm green cardamom
  • 🍴150 gm sugar

Instructions

  • 🍴Boil milk with sugar & condensed milk until it thickens

Boil milk, condensed milk, and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, stir continuously to avoid skin forming.

  • 🍴Cook rice powder in milk

Then, add rice powder and green cardamom powder. After 20-25 min, rice is cooked, then take it off from the flame and let it cool.

  • 🍴Add kiwi pulp to the rice mixture

Add fresh kiwi pulp and after adding pulp, let it rest for 2 more minutes, then add kewda water.

  • 🍴Kiwi phirni is ready, enjoy chilled

Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls and refrigerate.
