Ingredients

  • 🍴4 bread- brown
  • 🍴1 inch finely chopped ginger
  • 🍴1 cup soaked overnight red kidney beans
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🍴2 finely chopped onion
  • 🍴2 finely chopped green chili
  • 🍴spice black pepper as required
  • 🍴1 1/2 teaspoon refined oil

Instructions

  • 🍴 Pressure cook the kidney beans until soft

To begin the process of this delicious recipe, rinse and soak the kidney beans overnight or for 6 to 8 hours. Put them in a pressure cooker and cook until they turn soft. Keep them aside.

  • 🍴Prepare the saute and add cooked kidney beans

Preheat some refined oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds to it. After they start to splutter, add ginger, onions and green chilies to it. Saute the mixture for a while until the onions turn transparent. Then add the cooked kidney beans to the sauteed mixture and sprinkle salt along with black pepper powder.
