Instructions
- 🍴Place a pan overheat
It is a super easy snack recipe that you can make in minutes. First, wash the cashews and boil them with a little water for a few minutes. Now, take a pan and put it over the medium flame. Heat it and add ghee, green chilies, and green cardamom to it, let them sizzle for a few minutes. Keep the flame low.
- 🍴Add the cashew nut paste
Now, add cashew nut paste, beaten curd, and salt to it. You must keep the flame low as the curd will curdle. Stir well and cook for at least 10 minutes. Then add, grated khoya, paneer cubes, and chaat masala stir again. Don't stir too vigorously or the paneer pieces will break.

Take a roomali roti and warm it with a little butter. Stuff it with shredded ice beg lettuce, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and capsicum along with the prepared mixture. Add some more chaat masala for taste. Garnish with mint leaves if you like and make it into a roll. Enjoy!
