  • 🍴1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 🍴1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 🍴2 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 🍴3 cup water
  • 🍴1/2 cup maize flour
  • 🍴1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 🍴3/4 gm chopped onion
  • 🍴2 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chili
  • 🍴2 teaspoon salt
  • 🍴1 teaspoon refined oil

Instructions

  • 🍴To begin preparing this delicious recipe, take a large mixing bowl and add millet, wheat, and maize flour to it. Next, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the mixture of flours, followed by cumin powder and salt. Add water to the mixture and start whisking thoroughly to form a smooth paste of pouring consistency.
  • 🍴Heat a flat bottomed frying pan and grease it with refined oil. Pour the flour mixture ( Step 1) onto the heated pan and allow it to cook. Flip it over to cook the other side of the chilla as well. Wait till both the sides turn golden brown. Once done, transfer it onto a plate and serve hot and fresh.
