Ingredients

  • 🍴1 kilograms jackfruit
  • 🍴8 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 🍴1 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 🍴1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴4 teaspoon oregano
  • 🍴2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 🍴2 tablespoon margarine
  • 🍴2 medium onion
  • 🍴black pepper as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Take a chopping board, cut the onions into two halves and further slice them into thin slices.
  • 🍴Now take a brine jack fruit, rinse it well with water and shred it nicely.
  • 🍴Keep a frying pan on medium flame and heat margarine in it. Add the sliced
 onions, and saute until tender. Mix in the shredded jack fruit, and saute again for 4-5 minutes.
  • 🍴Once done, stir in vegetable broth along with coriander powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and season the mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until the liquid dries off completely and serve hot.
