Ingredients
- 🍴3 cup small potatoes with skins
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon salt
- 🍴1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 🍴1 cup fresh cream
- 🍴1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
- 🍴2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 🍴1 teaspoon oregano
- 🍴3 tablespoon butter
- 🍴water as required
Instructions
- 🍴Wash and clean the potatoes. Transfer them to a cooker and keep the cooker on medium flame. Add enough water to the cooker and boil the potatoes. After 3 whistles, open the cooker and check if the potatoes are boiled properly or not. Once the potatoes are tender enough, drain the water. Peel and chop the potatoes into small slices.
- 🍴Put a non-stick frying pan on medium flame and heat butter in it. Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and saute them until you get a brown color and a crisp texture. Then carefully add salt to the pan. Mix again.
