Ingredients

  • 🍴3 tablespoon yogurt (curd)

  • 🍴2 gm black cardamom
  • 🍴2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 🍴2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 🍴1/2 cup onion
  • 🍴5 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 🍴2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 🍴4 green cardamom
  • 🍴2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 🍴1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 🍴salt as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Wash and marinate the chicken

Clean the chicken pieces completely, pat them dry and add the yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, mustard oil, and coriander powder. Massage this marination into the chicken pieces and keep them in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
