Ingredients
- π΄1 small watermelon
- π΄1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- π΄3 pinches salt
- π΄1 1/2 tablespoon Refined oil
- π΄3 cup grated paneer
- π΄1 1/2 tablespoon chopped tomato
- π΄2 black pepper as required
For Marination
- π΄1 1/2 tablespoon Honey
- π΄1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- π΄1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- π΄1 teaspoon soy sauce
- π΄6 Mint Leaves
- π΄3 pinches salt
For Garnishing
- π΄2 papad
- π΄10 leaves radish leaves
- π΄1 pinch Red chili powder
For Toppings
- π΄4 parboiled raw mango
- π΄2 black pepper as required
- π΄1 tablespoon Refined oil
- π΄1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- π΄2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
- π΄2 pinches salt
- π΄1 1/2 teaspoon Honey
Instructions
- π΄To prepare marination, in a bowl, add honey, soya sauce, sesame seeds, mint leaves, red chili powder, salt, and mix.
- π΄Apply this marination to the watermelon wedge.
- π΄To prepare the paneer tikka's, in a bowl, add grated paneer, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, salt, crushed black pepper, and mix well. Make tikkis of this mixture.
- π΄To make dressing; in a blender, add the boiled raw mango pulp, chopped spring onion, crushed black pepper, salt, oil, honey, and blend it. Mix sesame seeds in the mixture.
- π΄Grill the marinated watermelon on a grill pan on all the sides.
- π΄On a pan, heat oil and cook the paneer tikkas.
- π΄For garnish, roast the papads and make cones out of them.
- π΄In a bowl, add radish leaves. Add prepared dressing and place this mixture in the papad cones.
- π΄Place the grilled watermelon on the plate. Place paneer tikki on it and the papad cones. Sprinkle red chili powder and serve.
