- 🍴4 chopped green chili
- 🍴2 teaspoon red chili powder

- 🍴1 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 🍴4 small chopped onion
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 🍴2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 🍴1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 🍴1 tablespoon refined oil
For Garnishing
- 🍴2 handful chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- 🍴Saute the onions
To prepare this easy Green Peas Masala recipe, add oil to a pan and heat it over medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add fennel seeds and curry leaves. Fry them for 10 seconds. Once they start to splutter, add onions to the pan. Saute the onions till they turn a little pinkish in hue.

Then add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously. Then add green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and 1/4 cup of water. Stir well and cook for another minute. Then add the green peas and salt. Stir the dish until evenly mixed. When the peas are cooked properly and the gravy starts to thicken, remove it from the flame.
