Ingredients
- 🍴500 gm green beans
- 🍴water as required
- 🍴1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 🍴1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 🍴2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon salt
- 🍴1 teaspoon black pepper
- 🍴3 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- 🍴To begin with, wash and clean the cherry tomatoes and green beans under running water. Once done, chop the cherry tomatoes into equal halves and keep them aside.
- 🍴Now, put a non-stick pan on medium flame and heat 1 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in it. Then add green beans in it, saute the beans for a minute or two and then add enough water to it. Cover and cook the beans until they are tender in touch. This might take 5 to 6 minutes.
- 🍴Next, move the beans to the corner of the pan and add the remaining olive oil to it. To this add, minced garlic and saute for a few seconds. After that add the cherry tomatoes to the mixture and cook until they are tender.
- 🍴At last, remove the pan from gas and add in salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in the mixture, mix again. Serve hot!
