Ingredients

  • 🍴450 gm green beans
  • 🍴2 cucumber
  • 🍴1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 🍴1 radish
  • 🍴1/2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 🍴salt as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Take a chopping board and chop the peeled cucumber, radish and green beans on it.
  • 🍴Take a deep bottomed pan, keep it on medium flame and add 3 large cups of water to it. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water and bring it to boil. Once done, add the green beans to the boiling water, cook them until slightly tender.
  • 🍴Take them out and drain the water. Mix together all the vegetables in a bowl.
  • 🍴In a small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar properly. Add salt and black pepper to it.
  • 🍴Now, pour this mixture over the salad and gently give it a mix. Serve.
