Ingredients
- 🍴1 cup raisins
- 🍴4 cup peas
- 🍴3 tablespoon curry leaves
- 🍴8 cup bean green
- 🍴2 cup roasted cashews
Instructions
- 🍴Soak raisins
Soak raisins in a cup by adding boiling water up-to-the brim of the cup. Let it remain for around 10 minutes and then drain the water from the cup ( keep the water reserved) and take out the raisins.
- 🍴 Cook the curry paste
In a large pan put the curry paste on a medium flame and add 1/2 cup of the reserved water to it. Cook for about 2 minutes till you observe the darkening of curry paste.
- 🍴 Add beans, raisins to curry paste and add peas
Now add green beans, raisins and the remaining reserved water to the paste. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add peas to the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- 🍴 Cook until the curry is absorbed by the vegetables
Add salt and pepper to the dish according to your taste and cook till the curry is absorbed by the vegetables. Garnish it with cashews and serve hot.
