- 🍴250 gm black grapes
- 🍴1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 🍴1 teaspoon grape essence
- 🍴1 cup water
- 🍴3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- 🍴Wash the grapes and then boil them in a vessel with water over medium-low flame. Cool and then grind them in a mixer-grinder or blender with water in it to make a smooth puree. Now, blend and strain the mixture. Take a pan and add cornflour, sugar and water.
- 🍴Boil the above preparation and keep stirring it continuously. Let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until slightly thick and smooth. Add drops of grape essence and remove it from the flame. Add lemon juice and stir. The grape sauce is ready to serve. You can store the sauce in bottles or jars.
