  • 🍴2 cauliflower

  • 🍴6 curry leaves

  • 🍴4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 🍴1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🍴1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 🍴1 teaspoon coriander leaves

Instructions

  • 🍴To make this delicious appetizer recipe, chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces and boil it. Take a bowl and add flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix them together. Add the required amount of water and make a thick batter.
  • 🍴Add gobi to the batter and coat them well. Now, take a deep fry pan and heat around 4 tablespoons of oil in it. Once it is heated, drop the florets and fry it until it turns golden brown from all sides.
  • 🍴Transfer the fritters to an absorbent paper and drain out the excess oil. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. When it starts crackling add dry red chillies, chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves to the pan. Saute it until they are cooked properly.
  • 🍴Now, add all the gobi fritters to the pan. Toss and mix everything well. Sprinkle some chilli powder, garam masala. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, and spring onions. Your gobi 65 is ready. Serve warm.
