  • 🍴30 gm coconut
  • 🍴500 ml milk
  • 🍴20 ml ghee
  • 🍴10 gm raisins
  • 🍴200 gm rice
  • 🍴10 gm jaggery
  • 🍴5 gm green cardamom
  • 🍴2 cashews
  • 🍴5 gm mixed dry fruits

Instructions

  • 🍴Prepare poppy seeds, coconut, and rice mixture

To prepare the Gasagase Payasam, first, roast the poppy seeds and rice into a golden brown. Grind the mixture into a coarse consistency, add grated coconut and water and grind again to a smooth mixture.

  • 🍴Add all ingredients to milk and boil
