Ingredients

  • 🍴1 cup Wheat flour
  • 🍴1 tablespoon oats
  • 🍴1 tablespoon Refined oil
  • 🍴1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 🍴1 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon Onion paste
  • 🍴1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 🍴1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 🍴1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 🍴1 1/2 tablespoon Gram flour (besan)
  • 🍴1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
  • 🍴1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
  • 🍴1 pound sesame seeds
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon crushed to paste green chili
  • 🍴1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 🍴1 pinch turmeric
  • 🍴3 pinches salt

Instructions

  • 🍴Chop the coriander leaves and green chilli very finely.
  • 🍴Lightly roast the sesame seeds, saunf and poppy seeds.
  • 🍴Mix all the above ingredients with wheat flour, besan, oats, garam masala, chaat masala, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Knead into soft dough. Roll into parathas.
  • 🍴Roast on greased Tava adding little oil.
  • 🍴Serve hot with yogurt, cucumber raita or green chutney.
