Ingredients
- 🍴1 cup Wheat flour
- 🍴1 tablespoon oats
- 🍴1 tablespoon Refined oil
- 🍴1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 🍴1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon Onion paste
- 🍴1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 🍴1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 🍴1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 🍴1 1/2 tablespoon Gram flour (besan)
- 🍴1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
- 🍴1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
- 🍴1 pound sesame seeds
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon crushed to paste green chili
- 🍴1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 🍴1 pinch turmeric
- 🍴3 pinches salt
Instructions
- 🍴Chop the coriander leaves and green chilli very finely.
- 🍴Lightly roast the sesame seeds, saunf and poppy seeds.
- 🍴Mix all the above ingredients with wheat flour, besan, oats, garam masala, chaat masala, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Knead into soft dough. Roll into parathas.
- 🍴Roast on greased Tava adding little oil.
- 🍴Serve hot with yogurt, cucumber raita or green chutney.
