Ingredients

  • 🍴30 gm watermelon
  • 🍴30 gm mango
  • 🍴20 gm kiwi
  • 🍴5 gm blackberry
  • 🍴15 gm passion fruit
  • 🍴30 gm pear
  • 🍴50 gm dragon fruit
  • 🍴5 gm star fruits
  • 🍴5 gm raspberry
  • 🍴10 gm sugar

For Garnishing

Instructions

  • 🍴In a bowl, add cubes of watermelon, cubes of pear, cubes of mango, and sliced star fruit. Now, arrange these fruits in a satay stick. Skewer the blackberry and raspberry on top of each satay stick.
  • 🍴For the sauce, scoop out the pulp of passion fruit and toss it along with sugar into a pan, over medium flame for a couple of minutes. Mix it well and remove it from heat when it has thickened. Now, add chopped mint and allow the mixture to cool. On a platter, arrange roundels of dragon fruit and kiwi. Arrange the skewers on top of these. Pour the passion fruit sauce over the fruit skewers and garnish with some chopped mint, enjoy!
